While we offer the highest degree of detail and dedication to our procedures. We, unfortunately, have no control over other
factors that affect the healing process. For example, the care of your brow and how your skin heals and retains pigment will
greatly contribute to the final results. Therefore, Houda offers no guarantee for healed results.
Please be aware, additional touchups may be required to achieve optimal outcomes.
CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY
Due to Houda’s busy schedule, a deposit is required in order to schedule your appointment. Please note: all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is in place to ensure you are serious about booking and keeping your appointment, and it will be applied to the final bill. Full cancellations will automatically result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
A minimum 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without deposit forfeiture. Less than a 48-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your next appointment. Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will results in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card used for the deposit. – this includes all bundled touch-ups.
Please contact me if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 25 minutes late without notice may result in a forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for re-booking a new appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. We reserve the right to
retain your deposit and apply an additional $50 rebooking fee for clients who fail to show up to their appointments, without 48 hour cancellation notification.
CORRECTIVE OR EXISTING BROW WORK
Prior to booking your new appointment, please send us clear photos of your existing brow work via email HoudaHouraniBooking@gmail.com so that we can assess and determine if we can make touchups or revisions.
We cannot guarantee results for corrective or cover-up work. If previous work is too dark, discolored or misshaped, removal is highly recommended before booking an appointment with us to achieve
the best results. Corrective/cover-up work generally requires multiple sessions and additional touchups
will be charged accordingly.
If your eyebrows have been previously micro-bladed or tattooed by another artist, a clear photo must be sent in and approved before booking your appointment. This is necessary to ensure that we have a workable canvas due to the fact that in some cases the previous work may be too dark to achieve optimal results. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeiture of your deposit as well.
We may refuse to perform procedures on clients that we deem unfit for undergoing the microblading process
for safety reasons. This includes all clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Touch ups must be booked at least 4 weeks following your appointment. It is required that you allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done. We reserve the right to deny service or work on clients who have yet to heal properly. Failure to follow this time line and premature booking policy may result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
All transactions are final, and no refunds will be issued.
